Space Law
Space based technologies are a part of our everyday lives from satellite tv to satnav in the car or on our phones. Data obtained from satellites is being used in land management, agriculture and even archaeology and new uses are being developed all the time. As demand expands so does interest in more efficient data collection and transmission, more eco-friendly space craft and more localised launch capability. The potential for undertaking research and even manufacture in zero gravity has been understood for some time but costs have often been prohibitive however new technologies are bringing these overheads down.
If you are working in any part of this field we would be very happy to help you. This is a sector where collaboration is often essential and we are delighted to be working with the NE Satellite Applications Centre of Excellence and with colleagues from the Cicero network around the world some of whom have been in this sector virtually since its inception.
